Julia Szlakowski has been appointed Institutional Director – Unlisted, Americas.

He began his career in distressed-debt as a Research Analyst within the Capital Structure Group at Imperial Capital.

He will retain these responsibilities until a successor is named.

He has broad experience in the financial services sector, most recently working in the Investment Banking division of Leerink Partners in New York.

Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Fraenkel was President of Fairholme Capital Management and Chief Research Officer since 2011.

Ms. Allie is a graduate of the University of Michigan and holds Series 6, 7, 63, and Life Insurance.

Greg Davis is a graduate of Christian Brothers University where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and majored in Finance.

He has also served as director of Wealth Management for J.C. Bradford & Company

He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
